Alec Williams

Alec started his career in the landscape industry with DBL, joining the company in 2015. Before joining DBL, Alec worked in restaurant management before showing interest in learning about the ins and outs of the landscaping industry. He wanted to actually understand the meaning within and behind the landscape industry as a whole and is always open to expanding his knowledge whenever he can. After becoming more educated he came to DBL.

His fields of expertise are customer service and project management. His distinctive personality and care for others, allow him to recognize the importance of client satisfaction by providing helpful and efficient solutions while maintaining quality standards. His best work has to do with customer service or project management. He recognizes the importance of client satisfaction and works towards making the client happy. As Head of Client Services, Alec wants to see the account management team grow and get back to a point where a manager does not have to hover over employees.

When Alec is not working he prefers to spend time with his family. When he is not spending time with his family or playing video games he loses track of time by playing his guitar.
