Position title: Enhancement Crew Member
Type: Full time
Position summary: The enhancement crew member performs quality landscape enhancement services in a timely manner using all necessary equipment. The ENH crew member works as team member under the direct supervision of the ENH Crew Leader and it’s responsible for completing ENH landscape jobs in an efficient manner. They operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to back hoes, bobcats, sod cutters, weed eaters, chainsaws, etc.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work consists of grading, shrubs, tree and sod installation, general clean ups, drainage installation, mulching, lawn renovations, etc
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment.
- Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis.
Education: High School diploma preferred but not necessary
Experience:
- Knowledge of plant material/trees
- Minimal irrigation experience
- Knowledge of different machinery
- Able to follow plans and instructions
- Good communication skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-working environment
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to work at a fast speed
Equipment – Operate safely and efficiently before moving into a different level:
- Trencher
- Tractor
- Skid steer
- Stump grinder
- Blower
Proficiencies/Certifications:
- Valid driver license preferred but not necessary
Salary: $20.00 to 25.00 per hour
